  • Today's classes are good but try to explain more. Also try to reduce the speed.
  • Thank you so that I can share all these.
  • It would be helpful if some time is spent for doing some exercises just after learning each instruction.
  • It would be easy to follow if an overview on Python is given, since most of us are not familiar with it.
  • Kindly cover at least one illustration on
    1. Partial diff. eqn.
    2. Special functions
    3. 3D Visualization
    4. Potential problem in Physics.
  • Morning second session had to be improved.
  • The sessions were interesting & informative but the afternoon session, I found that it is clearly related to Mathematics. So it was somewhat difficult for me.
  • I think this is the effective way. Because I only need general idea about python capability. It is more effective reading a python book, or FOSSEE video lectures available.
  • Let met take 3 days for the comments.
  • Can you take up some application in bio-informatics.
  • From the way the class was taken, as a teacher I can understand the amount of preparation required for it. It was excellent and informative.
  • Wonderful preparation of slides. Session has been planned well & it portrays 100% preparation. Congrats.
  • Classes are interesting. But I don't think it is much important to an engineering professional. Definitely it would be beneficial for maths & science teachers who can put it into practice immediately.
  • Interesting & got ideas about basics in python computing
  • Classes are good and interesting. But the time schedule i.e morning 9.15-5.15 is not good. 4.30pm is good enough. After 4.30pm I couldn't follow anything.
  • Session was nice. But sometimes it was fast. Anyway it gave an overall idea about Python.
  • Nice.

  • Good
  • Being from science stream I would like to have more problem from science.
  • Sessions was organized extremely beautiful.
  • Please end the sessions by 4. After the tea break it is hard to concentrate. We are saturated.
  • All the three faculties were very committed. Thank you very much for familiarizing such an intelligent programming concept.
  • The programme is interesting. Advance courses required.
  • Useful for me and made a basics to build upon.
  • Today's classes were informative. more exercises could have been included.

  • Great..
  • Workshop on python conducted by UC college, Aluva in collaboration with FOSSEE, IIT Bombay was highly useful. The experts performances really appreciable one. Conduct similar workshops in the near future to help Teachers and Students of Kerala.
  • Presentation was good. Can include some introduction about Django.
  • Nishanth's presentation is so good. Others please improve your presentation skill. We expect Mayavi with an example i.e hwo to organize data, plot data etc.
  • I like to thank you all. To give us an awareness and application field of python. To be frank, from day 2 onwards I got interes in learning python. it's because I got knowledge in software only in C++ and not on any other language. I got a suggestion to give a brief idea about all those from 1st day itself (about application) etc.
  • Session was very much useful
  • Thank you, "people".
  • Workshop gave me a good view of the linux based application programs.
  • excellent session. Tough concepts are also handled well. user friendly approach. good co-ordination among trainers.
  • Lot to learn about packages like ReST, Mayavi Sage, It was nice to know about sage which offers so much flexibility for teachers to create ppts//slides. also with rest we can create html documents and is good to know such s/w exist.
  • Really enjoyed the workshop. very helpful. Studied a lot. Thank you guys. for your sincere efforts.
  • The way of teaching and the style of presentation was very good. Through this workshop I got more information about the python. So I am very much satisfied with this workshop.
  • Explanation of Nishanth is nice. You present it systematically and a very good way. Thank you. The overall about hte seciont, good. and try to include more problems, i.e examples. One complaint the section Mayavi, I think you said less about that.
