Two way audio-video interaction is possible through (a) and (c). Guaranteed bandwidth is available in (a), i.e. EDUSAT. Interaction through (c), i.e. A-VIEW, is subject to the availability of bandwidth. One way interaction through (b) i.e. we bcast, is guaranteed, however.

How the workshop will be conducted:

1. The participants should have a working LATEX system - no computers will be provided at the venue of the workshop.
   1. LATEX comes pre-installed in most linux systems.
   2. LATEX installation procedure for Windows and Mac are given below in the resources section.
2. The participants should go through the spoken tutorials, details of which are given below, before coming to the workshop.
3. The entire workshop will be devoted to answering the questions arising out of the spoken tutorials, including installation techniques.

3. A DVD with all required images and also all spoken tutorials, is available free of cost at IIT Bombay, in person, at the address given in the next paragraph.
   This DVD can also be mailed to interested people in India, on payment of Rs. 50 to cover handling and postal charges. Please send a DD for Rs. 50, drawn in favour of Registrar, IIT Bombay and mail it to CDEEP, Mathematics building, IIT Powai, Mumbai 400 076.
