    • General comments:
      • Good
      • Good
      • The first two sessions were productive and enabled us to grab th basics easily. The third session was too fast to follow.
      • Good job!!
      • very good
      • Superb!
      • very nice sessions. Very interactive
      • well paced in the begining but too fast towards the end..
      • very good session and also very intersting
      • Overall it was good, Thank you Mr. Ashokan & team
      • Thank u
      • Its a very good tool where all streams can be used
      • The topics planned were very informative to kickstart the usage of python. It was really enjoyable and informative.
      • Nice Teaching methodology
      • very good ,introduced to new hll for EC PEOPLE.
      • really very good sesions
      • good
      • Image processing stuff was very very good and all those solving of the equations was amazing
      • good work
      • We would like to have particular specific field application in mechanical as being in the mechanical department.
      • Excellent
      • Inspiring
      • workshop is good
      • very much useful
      • While conducting the workshop
the organizers must be informed of the time requirements for the same.
The above must be stressed so that compliance is achieved .
      • A good workshop
      • The last session was bit fast and couldn't follow some instructions.
Despite of that workshop was very interesting.
      • very useful thing for science background
      • please fix the PA system..
      • Teaching should be little slow...
The slides presented should be kept on the screen for a while & let the users to understand then change them...
      • it a nice workshop.organisers put their effort very well.but to improve interest among students quizzes should be held more and appropriate prizes be distributed.
      • well prepared and well executed programme
resource person Ashokan is very committed and sensitive to students.Personal attention was good
Thank you for your sincere effort
      • Good
      • Overall it was fine, could have been better!!
      • very well prepared and it was a good way of making the topic interesting with quizzes and we could get a hands on experience
      • As the instructor was very fast it was a difficult job to follow and keep up with the pace.
The crew was good. They were always there for help.
The time was however too short to learn the subject with full depth and effectiveness.
      • *incomplete audio coverage
        *less time for exercises
*no interaction with the actual speaker
      • was a bit fast but was very systematic.... it wasn`t quite fast at the beginning but it just went rocking fast towards the end...and explaining it and giving some time to execute it would work out to be fruitful...
      • Taking the whole session in a combined perspective it was a nice experience.
I think most the things told were very useful and ready to be implemented.
Specially that image processing using matrix was a nice studying experience....
      • the workshop was very informative.it helps us upgrading our knowledge of programming languages and how easier it becomes coding in python
      • it colud be more iffective if they give more time
      • give some more time while explaining...
and make it more problems specific..
      • A very useful experience.....
      • co-ordination is vert poor.I am sure that they have ability to do much bettert= than what they did. You should also provide list of command which is taught in workshop as a example. We have interest in this but we are not able to catch many thing.
  • Day 2

    • Pace of coverage:
      • 4 of 49 people felt that the the pace of coverage was too fast
      • 20 of 49 people felt that the the pace of coverage was fast
      • 25 of 49 people felt that the the pace of coverage was just right
    • Applicability:
      • 13 of 49 people felt that they can apply what they have learnt immediately

    • General comments:
      • The entire workshop was a very good learning experience
      • Overall it was Very good
      • very informative .......
      • Good session
      • This workshop was first of its kind I attended but it is very useful for me.
Wish to get back to you related to fluid mechanics problems.
being into small scale progamming already helped me a little.
If the sessions are a paced a little slowly it would be useful for the other faculty who are being slowly introduced to it.
      • very good session...
      • congratulations to the team(Asokan,Nishanth,Puneeth)
You introduced Python in a systematic interesting and interactive manner.
Asokan was very encouraging and person oriented. His coments were both thought provoking and humorous.Well chosen exercises, Thank you.
I would have enjoyed more if more concentration was on ODE.
      • good
      • Great experience!!!
      • could understand most of the things...good job
      • nice learning experience....
      • a good workshop
      • the workshop was amazing...thank you for helping out so much
      • it was an appreciable workshop.but at times directors were a bit too fast.
      • Good one!!!!came to know quite a lot!!!!!
      • no commentsx
      • too god
      • Very informative workshop.
      • this thing should be done over time like monthly or fortnightly
      • workshop was very useful. thanks.
      • It was a good 2 day crash course for python...a good start for me to start with python
      • It was great!
Would be very happy if it happens again..
      • include more example problems
      • pace of coverage must be slower as the topics are very relevant.. pace is inversely proportional to the times taken to start using it fully..
      • Great man
      • very effective and good in teaching budding programmers.however, the more time say , four days or so, should be given so that each topic is covered slowly, indepth and most importantly - effectively
      • simply amazing experience......
the best part was image processing.....include something more of that type.......
      • good thing to start up with but extending it a little more and if had given a bit more detail it would have been better........
      • **prof asokan might be disheartened with d kind of response he got frm the students....but im sure we'll get back as soon as we get into real world programming using python** nice session..thank u:)
      • All are performed good.
